Give Proper Instructions
CIFFA Section 6(B) [/B]
The Customer shall give sufficient and executable instructions, and the Company shall, within the limits of its duty of care and diligence, inform the Customer if it considers that the Customer's instructions are insufficient or inexecutable.

Read the FIATA Legal Handbook (3d) at pp 105 -106 which contains a section on this clause. Note that the forwarder must advise the customer whether the instructions given can be performed, or are capable of execution.
